Shipping
A.S Dog Trapping offers calculated shipping at checkout.
• Delivery of 5-10 working days after payment is received for all standard shipping.
*Please Note:* Freight for bulky items will be quoted over the phone, as an additional cost, after your purchase has been processed via the online store.
GST & Taxes
• All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
• We are legally required to charge and withhold the applicable GST for any orders delivered to addresses within Australia.
Warranty
Our products are built tough and reliable because they need to handle everything you throw at them – that’s why we stand behind the quality of every item.
• This warranty does NOT cover wear and tear, modifications, misuse, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. Products showing significant damage are not covered by the warranty and will be immediately returned to the sender.
• Above all, we will meet or exceed all our legal obligations under the consumer guarantees act, except where products have been acquired for business purposes. The purchase of products for resale is prohibited unless you are an authorized distributor holding an account with us. Proof of purchase may be required, and the Guarantee applies only to the original owner.

Returns
14 Day Hassle-Free Returns – You can return any item within 14 days of the purchase date.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original, re-saleable condition, including the box with all labels still attached, bags, cases, and accessories, within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price. The return may be refused if the product is not in its pre-sale original condition or is returned outside the 14-day purchase date period.
• The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of ordering.
• Items must be in original, re-saleable condition, including the box, with all labels still attached, bags, cases, and accessories. The exchange may be refused if the product is not in its pre-sale original condition or is returned outside the 30-day period.
• The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. A re-shipping fee will apply to the exchanged product.
Cancellation of Transactions
• Transactions that are canceled prior to completion will not be charged.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
